Meet Emily, the runner & coach behind The Stride Method
I’m a certified running coach, personal trainer, and mom.
I found running in college as a way to lose weight, but over the years it became an outlet for managing stress, staying healthy, and challenging myself in ways I never thought possible.
Along the way, I’ve found my own stride through college, pregnancy, and now motherhood and each season has taught me something new about what it means to train sustainably.
My passion eventually led me to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I’ve spent the past six years as a personal trainer, helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier relationships with movement.
I believe running should be about more than chasing a pace or checking a box. It should help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident while still leaving room for the rest of your life. My goal as a coach is to use science-backed training, flexibility, and an individualized approach to help you reach your goals in a way that is sustainable for you.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, chasing a PR, or simply trying to find your place in running, I’m here to help you find your stride and enjoy the journey along the way.
